Portugal is the host and they plan to hold one of the least expensive Eurovisions in modern times so no awesome LED screens nor the cool 3D projections Sweden introduced in 2016 for us ehue.

I don't even like Eurovision, but the elaborate sets, dances and whatnot is still interesting to watch.
