Yikes, dudes had massive egos and the whole LP was them trying to show off how smart they were and how dumb the game is even though they got every twist wrong and then they got mad at the game that it didn't play out how they expected.

Then they hate DanganRonpa because of something that happens at the end.

Like their criticism of the game is so pathetic.

I'm not crazy about Danganronpa, but I thought 999 was amazing.

But neither hold a candle to Umineko.

Humble Bundle has Umineko for pretty cheap. You can also expect it in the Steam sale to start today.

I haven't played it myself, but I hear nothing but good things about it.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, Humble has Higurashi When They Cry, not Umineko.

I think it's that good, but obviously that's just my opinion. Also $25 only gets you half the game. Question arcs are one half, Answer arcs are the other half.

It's also pretty freaking long, and it's pure visual novel. No gameplay at all. So think twice if you really want to delve into it if you don't have a lot of time on your hands.

Actually, if you are interested and since you aren't opposed to LPs, you could probably just watch an LP of it. Since it's nothing but reading, you wouldn't be missing out on any gameplay.

I don't watch LP's like that. I only watch LP's of games I have played already or will never play.

Like I haven't seen Dunkey's video on Super Mario Odyssey because I want to experience it for myself first.

Alright. I was just saying that since it's basically a book with (freaking amazing) music, you wouldn't be losing out on anything by reading it on Youtube instead of Steam or "alternative methods".
