Yes No View Results 40 y/o SEX OFFENDER, Benjamn Gram from Auburn, Washingon is among the dead in the deadly Amtrack Crash as he was a convicted sex offender found in possession of child porn while working in IT at a college!! He died of multiple traumatic injuries on Monday when the train plummeted off the rails at 80mph along a curve in Seattle killing 3 men and injuring dozens. Benjamin was sentenced to a lifeitme of supervised release after he was caught with a massive amount of child pornography He was a computer technician at Auburn's Green River Community College in 2013 when police found he was in possession of child porn of that year. He was placeeed on admin leave until he plead guilty and served 2 years in prison before released in 2015. Train enthusiasts, 61 y/o Jim Hamre and 35 y/o Zack Willhoite died of severe brain and skull injuries from blunt impact on the train. Both were in the rail advocacy group All Aboard Washington and were excited to be on board for the inaugural run. National Transportation Safety Board member Bella Dinh-Zarr said not only was the train going 50mph above the speed limit but the emergency brakes only deployed automatically as the fatal derailment occurred. The driver never braked as he sped around the curve. Instead of waiting until the safety system was installed and certified, Amtrak decided to open the new route without positive trai control as it could have detected the speeding and automatically applied the brakes to stop the train.
