I was accused of it by a bailiff 10 months ago, never had a trial, put in a motion asking to be heard and saying "This is in violation of MD Rule 16-208" to which the judge denied my right to be heard and then said "Read 16-208" well I did and 10 months later I filed another motion and the judge gave me some more bullshit so that's when I went to the court and all this crap happened.
