Seems like the entire situation could have been avoided if he just didn't leave his car with a gun to stalk an innocent child

Why didn't Trayvon just go into his house once he made it there safely, instead of going back to assault Zimmerman?

First off, you're half right. He didn't go into his house. Probably because he realized that going into his house would be telling the crazed stalker with a gun following him exactly where he lives and putting his family in danger.

However, he did not then go back to assault Zimmerman. Zimmerman ended up finding him again, starting a fight, losing, then killing him.

Because he was being stalked in a neighborhood he wasn't used to. I'd do the same thing if some dude was following me

He feared for his life. Wait we cant use that tired excuse for him, I forgot. Only Zimmerman and cops.

And we'll keep making topics until that murderer is dead or behind bars.

It's awareness, letting people know that a cold blooded killer is still on the loose in America. Nobody is safe. What if your own child decides to walk home at night with skittles and ice tea and Zimmerman finds him? I don't want my children not to feel safe

Why would Trayvon assume that Zimmerman had a gun? There's no evidence to suggest that.

As someone who respects the verdict, it's obvious he feared leading his stalker to his own home. If you had done any research you'd know this. But I can't expect the person who thought chechnya was semi-independent to believe in research lol.

He lives in Florida. I'd assume everyone I met in Florida was crazy, armed, or both

He wasn't scared at all on the phone with his girlfriend. In fact, he wanted to flex his machismo and told her there's no way he'd let some "creepy ass cracker" punk him. He'd have felt like less of a man if he just went inside and called the cops.

You know you guys who love to bring up toxic masculinity all the time? That's what got Trayvon killed.

Was waiting for someone to bring this up. They literally had someone testify that he was on the phone saying he was going back out to look for trouble. Much as the media tried to paint Trayvon as some little angel he was kind of a shitty person.

He was definitely scared they even debated about the possibility of him being a rapist. Just because he wanted to fight back and confront him doesn't mean he didn't fear him you nit.

Actually, no, that was just part of his insulting Zimmerman. Right after Trayvon described him using racial slurs.

Well nobody knows that. But it's reasonable to believe he did fear Zimmerman was dangerous. someone stalking you almost to the point of your home is something that would instill fear in most people.

Why does his demeanor in the moment matter? Whether he was crying in fear or boasting in anger...some strange fat dude was following him in home in the middle of the night to the place where the rest of his family was. No idea who he is or what his intentions are. He sounded macho in front of his girl!...oh you mean like every other man on the face of the planet?

Honestly if some weird dude was following me Home and I was on the phone Id probably do the same. Sound tough to hopefully scare him away. People do it all the time. If that doesnt work your other two options are call the cops or confront him. He chose the latter. Still doesnt justify anything Zimmerman did at all though. Stop trying to remove blame from him when hes the primary reason any of it happened to begin with.
