That I know about for sure? No. I *suspect* my ID may be stolen at times because I sometimes get wrong emails or mailings, but that could also just be a matter of the companies mixing up names in their system or some idiot with my name putting down the wrong email address. Supposedly there's at least one guy with my name living somewhere in... well, I won't say the state, but unless it's a completely fictitious person, it looks like there's plausible confusion.

Hasn't happened with me, but my mom had her credit card compromised once - an ex-waitress at a local Outback Steakhouse skimmed her card, and used the stolen number to put gas in her car a few times and get an expensive pair of shoes. When Mom found out, she hit the roof.
