18 y/o Plump Girl, Brianna Brochi, the white Former Connecticut College student accused of smearing her MENSTRUAL BLOOD on her black roommate's belongings in an attempt to get her out has avoided a HATE CRIME charge!!

Brianna is asking for a TRIAL BY JURY and plead not guilty as her next court date is on January 29th.

Civil rights advocates protested outside demanding hate crime charges filed against for harassing Chennel "Jazzy" Rowe

NAACP President Scot X Esdaile said "This is a hate crime. We cannot sweep this under the rug. We are not going away. We will continue to come to court to make sure that justice is served"

Her lawyer, Tom Stevens said her actions were not racially motivated.

It happened when Chennel was Brianna's roommate at college but after the first meeting, Brianna was determined to get her out. She put menstrual blood on her clothes, bags, bed sheets and then LICKED Chennel's utensils including her forks, spoons and plates..then she put Chennel's toothbrush in her BUTT and finally Chennel moved out citing racism..

Brianna then posted on her instagram bragging about getting rid of the "Jamaican Barbie" and was glad that she didn't have to live with her anymore.

Chennel said that Brianna has been racist from the start and said she didn't like how her people "lived" and said that she would make racial remarks around the apartment all the time.

Each of Brianna's crimes carry 6 months in jail and a maximum of 10 YEARS IMPRISONMENT!!

Well, yeah, that's some pretty gross shit which can have serious health impacts. Not 10 years, maybe, but at least a year or two. Granted, it shouldn't have got this far in the first place. She should have been caught earlier and expelled.
