Sunset Overdrive is a fantastic 3D platformer with lots of shooting.

Recore is also pretty good and now is a great time to jump in since they actually finished the game earlier this year.

Be on the lookout for Crackdown 3 coming early 2018 IIRC

Definitely the Master Chief Collection and Halo 5 if you're completely new to Xbox.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition as well. I think it comes with a digital download for the other 360 games in the series but I'm not sure.

I recommend getting a digital copy of Rare Replay if it's the same price or cheaper. I would play all those if I didn't have to put the disc in. Physical should be cheap, it came with my console

Rare Replay

rare replay is ****ing awesome it has battletoads and banjo kazooie along with other games.

Rare Replay, btw, is the only way to play the Arcade version of Battletoads these days. It was never ported to any system until that collection.

The Arcade version is MUCH better than the NES version. as it's actually a beat-em-up and not some ridiculous platforming hazard with occasionally enemies that attack you.

Same shit as PS+ with one major difference.

You get the free games deal that PS+ has, but the free backwards compatible 360 games are yours to keep permanently, only the XBox One games require you to have an active subscription.

Persona if you like that sort of thing
Final Fantasy (various versions)
Basically all the major publishers will send most/all of their shit to XBox.

The only ones that don't are smaller folk like Gust or Falcom.
