20 y/o James Fields Jr, the White Supremacist and Neo-Nazi Whacko who rammed his car into an anti-fascist protesters is now facing FIRST DEGREE MURDER charges as his charge has been UPGRADED from second degree!!

Prosecutors announced that they were seeking to upgrade the charge after they presented surveillance video footage and other video against him.

32 y/o Heather Heyer was killed in the attack as dozens of others were injured and the judge agreed to the change as there is probable cause for all charges against him, including 9 lesser felony charges.

His case will now be presented to a grand jury for indictment and he could face the DEATH PENALTY!!

The 20 y/o is a "former teacher" if you want to call it that who has a keen interest in Hitler and Nazi Germany who was part of the "Unite The Right" rally that drew hundreds of white nationalists from around the country in the small Virginia college town.

Cameras showed his car head slowly into the counter protesters before he drove straight into them and then backed out in speeding motion.

Hours before the attack he was pictured with a shield bearing the Vanguard of American emblem, one of the hate groups that took part in the rally, though now the group says they AREN'T associated with him.

His former co-worker, Derek Weimer said James was fascinated with Nazism and was singled out for his deeply held, radical convictions on race..

Detective Young said afteer James was arrested, he apparently was SHOCKED and started SOBBING uncontrollably and asked "was anyone hurt?". He appeared to be showing the same sobbing emotion he had during his court hearing as well.

Some of the victims in the attack are now confined into wheelchairs for the rest of their life and he could now face 20 years to life or even the death penalty of the prosecutor wanted to.

He only regrets having to face the consequences for his actions at Charlottesville; so I dont feel the least bit sorry for him. He knew that he killed people or he wouldnt have fled. As far as Im concerned, all the hate groups use the same playbook and, when caught, hope the society theyre attacking will be lenient with them or at least sympathetic.
