yes it's true! before you only had 3 chances to dispute a moderation..one dispute to either the original or second moderator, then you had another chance to dispute it to a lead moderator..and then your final one to the admin..

NOW you get to dispute it against the original moderator...then you can dispute it again with a second moderator..then you can dispute it again to a lead moderator..and then finally it's to the admin.

did you know about this change? let's see if people did :o

Will be nice, especially given that they have to include notes now. More generally, since they started to force the beginnings of accountability a few months ago, I haven't had any moderations whereas before I'd get at least one every other month.

I imagine it will be regrettable giving in to curiosity, but now I have to ask. Why would you make identical posts so easily verified as wrong in at least two separate topics, ok?

It's ironic that Helly or Mead or FrndfromCE or whoever's behind the ClarkDuke account which has been used to attempt to stalk, harass, and defame me for a year or so now is accusing other people of having too much time on their hands. Or hypocritical. But yes, the claim about me being the first to respond to every Ducky topic is also completely false and it's weird that he'd make such an allegation on a Saturday, of all days, which is outside the traditional workweek.

Everyone still can intervene. It just goes for a second pass to the original mod before hitting the second mod. And, technically speaking, under the old system your appeal usually just went to the original mod who was predisposed to uphold the original ruling.

I'm not just talking about appeals.

When SBAllen started talking about changes, one of the changes was supposed to be that, in the case of a dispute, every mod can look at the moderation and discuss it.

Sounds like a backend part of the system. I'm not sure that this necessarily precludes them doing that as well.
