I've seen it twice and while it did have a fair bit of flaws I still really liked it.
I watched it again tonight with some of the more prominent criticisms in mind and I do think people are overreacting quite a bit. --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. Started on: 12/1/2009 http://i.imgur.com/mPvcy.png ... Copied to Clipboard!

I loved it the first time around, but there were a couple of things that didn't sit right with me. I read a whole bunch of complaints and watched the movie through that lens.
