I was at work in our warehouse and directing a forklift moving goods when the iron cage holding the goods failed and the content of steel machine spareparts fell. I instinctive ran when it fell and after its done i realize how close i am to death. I laughed like a maniac afterwards. If i was too late even for a second i would be crushed by 2+ tons of steel.

A big metal skip fell off a truck on the freeway once and slid into the cement dividers and pushed them into my lane. Me and two other bad-asses (lol not really) cleared the wreckage and swerving people and then there was a huge pile up going in both directions. We were real life Fast n Furiouses.

I am kinda.the feeling i have right now and has been lingering for the last 1 hour is indescribable.

It was scary, god damn fucking scary at the same time i feel like getting high on adrenaline. After the incident my heart beat like i was finishing a marathon for good 10 minutes till it calmed down.

The feeling is weird. It is a mix of fear, relief, triumph, hilarious it is like everything a brain can feel at clone point compressed into one dense point at the fraction of a second of the incident and explodec like a supernova.

I even felt like time is slowing down when i saw the cage bent. Like both my body and mind overclocked itself to save me.

I read once that laughter was often used a sign that danger has passed back in our caveman days, or something like.

Since I'm not an expert on this thing, you shouldn't take this as gospel. But it kinda makes sense in a way.

I have never felt this EXPLOSION of emotions like this. Like every neurons in my brain all fired up at once and all my nerves are going super saiyan. The best way i can describe it is like my brain just had an orgasm and the afterglow lasted for hours
