Video game music isn't much of a "genre" given that it pretty much includes everything else listed and more. I'm voting for it anyway though.

Probably rock/metal. My favorite bands includes Nightwish, Rhapsody, and Evanescence but I still listen to a range of other genres including classical, J-Pop, electric/house, video games, and Disney songs.

Looks like rock/metal takes the cake on gamefaqs. I love metal, but would like to know the appeal rock or metal has on others. For me, it pumps me up and makes me feel alive. Also of all the genres, it is the most like medicine Imo because it's powerful and makes me feel like I'm not alone with my pain.

It completely depends on my mood, but I mostly listen to rock/metal. Favorite sub-genres would be death/doom and sludge metal. I like it Slow, Deep, and Hard.
