On each of my big toes I have some super thick, dead skin calluses.

Well they were out of control so I took care of them the other day.

I got some coarse sand paper and I rubbed my toes down. I grinded down the callus until there was feeling in the skin again.

Now instead of this crusty dead skin it's smooth pink skin.

Much better.

I caught all the shavings on a paper plate and threw them out.

I have callouses on my heel and an area of my underfoot behind my two little toes on each feet. Dont have any stone or whatever to do anything about it though.
