Nice. Stir fry makes vegetables great again.

I love tossing some chicken with zucs, cabbage, brocolli, carrots, and red peppers. Season with a little soy, garlic salt, and a teaspoon of sriacha.

Beef was very tender and nice flavor, the onion and the lettuce was a good contrast to the the flavors in the meat.

I didn't take pictures but I made the best meal I've had in a while. Beef ripeye cut into strips, marinated in bbq sauce and spices for 4 hours, then fried on max heat. Put on a toasted baguette with pepper jack cheese. Fries on the side.

Was so damn good. I'll definitely be cooking my steak like this more often.

Nah, the meat was so tender and moist there was no need for sauce. Dish was not dry at all.

Meat looks overcooked and dried out. Needs a sauce to mix with rice. 3/10.

Nope - you asked for feedback. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. Move on and cook something better and more complex next time. Meat and slicing some onions is incredibly easy, but somehow you still messed it up by overcooking the meat.

I didn't ask for baseless critique you have no idea about. I would not post food I failed with. The complexity with this dish was to get the great flavor and balance in the marinade. Which if you knew anything about this is also what got the meat to be so tender and moist.

No - visibly it's dry and underseasoned. The lack of sauce further blands an already bland dish because the rice mutes any flavor (or lacktherof) the dried meat had.

Again, try something new and move on from this failure. God bless.

You clearly have no idea what marinade means or looked at the ingredients. The marinade and the way I handled the meat made it very flavorful, the lettuce and rice is needed to mellow out the flavors. You have no idea what you are talking about.

LOL, I marinate stuff all the time. Indian food uses marinade a LOT and are very saucy dishes. BTW I never balked at the use of lettuce - Shaky Beef is a similar dish that uses lettuce and is delicious.

I'm not why you're so butthurt because you screwed up one dish. Just move on (like I keep saying) and try a better dish and don't overcook the meat next time, cheer up!

I'm not butthurt, I just don't take kindly to your false claims with absolutely no show of credibility. I know for a fact that the meat was not dry since I cooked it and ate it, you claim things from a picture without even considering how it was cooked by reading my OP just to antagonize me and for that reason only.

Good cooks can tell just by pictures when someone screwed something up. In this case it's glaringly obvious the meat was ruined.

No problem though, just give it your all next time and I'm sure you'll make a much better dish than that disaster! Good luck and God bless!!
