Meat and slicing some onions is incredibly easy, but somehow you still messed it up by overcooking the meat. I didn't ask for baseless critique you have no idea about. I would not post food I failed with. The complexity with this dish was to get the great flavor and balance in the marinade. Which if you knew anything about this is also what got the meat to be so tender and moist. No - visibly it's dry and underseasoned. The lack of sauce further blands an already bland dish because the rice mutes any flavor (or lacktherof) the dried meat had. Again, try something new and move on from this failure.
