To be fair, I'm probably the only person on PotD who was going to take your question seriously in the first place.

That being said, there's a fair amount of stuff in the Tanakh/Old Testament (minus the Torah) that is generally verifiable via real-world historical archeology and research, especially for the post-Nehemiah period. Take the supernatural aspects out and you probably get a fairly accurate view of what Hebrew culture was at the time, including some historical events.

Anything earlier than that (again, ie, the Torah/first five books of the Old Testament or so) tends to be harder to verify (or seems outright contradicted by historical texts in other regions), and most of the New Testament seems to be mostly bullshit made up by people writing under pseudonyms decades or centuries after the time they were claiming to be describing, but there's a good chunk in the middle that seems to have definite historical/anthropological value.
