I rarely eat any sauce, but I got friends that eat bearnaise on their pizza.

Ok I made it. I'll make a separate topic later.
It didn't break or anything and turned out delish. However I feel the sauce got a bit too thick somehow, I may have rushed the whisking of the egg. It also doesn't have as rich flavor of tarragon as I wanted, I prob didn't reduce the vinegar enough, and next time I will use tarragon vinegar I make myself. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
