Jontron was obnoxious AF. Danny was the best thing to happen to it. The only thing I don't like is the fake anger thing, which is obviously ironic, but it goes full circle to being genuine and annoying.

I loved GG when it was Arin and Jon. I just didn't find Danny entertaining and Arin became more insufferable.

Danny is a cool guy but he hasn't played any games in the past twenty years and so they never ever talk about games. They rarely even talk about what's happening on the screen.

This. I agree that the way they cut them up to 10-15 mins is convenient for busy people like me, but sometimes I'd rather them just do multiple longer videos because they don't come close to finishing the majority of things they start. I'm surprised they've kept going with Leisure Suit Larry, I figured it would probably end up one they only play once or twice but luckily it's done well enough.

I can now only enjoy Game Grumps if they're playing simple games, like plataformers for example, because whenever there's a tutorial or instruction of some kind Arin just skips it and then spends the following three to four videos playing like absolute garbage and raging for no reason.

At least Dan is fun, so there's that.

They're good but I feel like they've been mailing it in lately. It sounds like Danny isn't even trying any more or even paying attention half the time. It's like he's just looking at his phone throwing in the occasional "Yeaaaaaaah" in that melodically ascending tone he tends to use.

True, but doing longer episodes likely wouldn't fix that as when they play it they're still playing it like an hour or so anyways and just cutting it down into the shorter videos to roll out so they can be ahead on content. If they did longer episodes they still probably wouldn't continue past a few sittings unless the views or fan demand was high enough, basically the same as now.
