I have to leave for work in about 7 hours. I worked fairy late Sunday night, didn't sleep thanks to caffeine, (legally prescribed) Adderall, and WoW, worked an 11 hour shift this morning/evening. I still have yet to sleep since Saturday night/Sunday morning.

Anyway, I'm home now, work went well, but I still have anxiety and feel depressed. Have work tomorrow morning again. Gotta wake up 5am it's now 10:40pm. All I think about is "I should call in sick"...but I feel guilty if I do that...
