I have till Friday to decide because that's when my bonus money comes in. Here are the places I'm stuck on? This will be my first trip abroad excluding Canada.
1). Amsterdam- a good location for somebody my age. Really liberal and stuff to do but the geography is boring and the food seems meh. 2). Lisbon- Great geography and good food but still seems meh when it comes to culture 3). Paris- Great culture, great food, have ancestry from France, but seems too basic. I'm not in a hurry to go there because I'm sure me at the age of 50 would enjoy it. 4. Dublin- Same as Paris but cheaper 5. Rome- I'm a history buff, but if my friends join me I don't see it being a great location 6- Mexico City- cheapest destination flight wise, but not Europe 7- Cartagena De Indias, I would love to go to this city and that city Pablo Escobar is from but the only country I've been to is Canada. 8- Madrid- Same as Portugal but I would have to see other parts of Spain --- Him being greedy is a good thing.
