My job is geared towards extroverted people near retirement age. It's extremely repetitive and no room for growth. I already asked my boss about what to do to move up and he was like you gotta be in your position for at least 2 years before you can even think about it. *** that, I can't take this ** anymore. I work as a loan buyer at a major automobile company so I have to deal with car dealers constantly :( --- Him being greedy is a good thing.
