pun where have you been for the last 9 years. it's a souls game! invasions, co-op summons, messaging, that sort of thing. this game also has online world tendency, which is... kind of a thing.

I doubt you could utilize a custom server without a hacked PS3, so they probably won't do that.

playing demon's souls when it released was one of the best gaming experiences of my life.
I've played the other souls games, and even though they're objectively better, I just really don't get the same feeling I did back then. It felt like the people playing demon souls was just a handful of people doing their best to beat an impossible game at the time. Everyone tried to help everyone. --- werd ... Copied to Clipboard!

Damn, my first entry into the "series" was playing Demon's Souls online with Maria. While I never played online in my many replays, it sucks to see it go. Might have to go on and see if I can co-op with some strangers before its removed.
