Despite stellar reviews from game reviewers, it appears XBOX One gamers are not so excited about the racing game anymore as FM7 sold 176,000 copies last month...that's the lowest of the series as it marks a downward trend of the franchise..

All MS does these days is make annual Forza games. I realize they're still paying for that botched announcement with the "Xbox is Kinect" and "always-on is cool, fuck submarine people" catch-phrases, but their software was pretty solid until 2015, when we saw Scalebound cancelled and everything else dry up or released half-assedly. Boring... Rotate PGR in one year, or a new IP that's like Twisted Metal, Mario Kart, or Rocket League, but with MS characters in it.

Forza offered the worst physics in a racing sim so now Assetto Corsa and Project Cars exist cross-platform, console-exclusive sim racing is broken, so no xbones are forced to settle for it any more.

I didn't even know F7 came out.

People get tired of the same stuff. Maybe they should go a Genki route and make a touge racing sim with touge rules a la Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift or Kaido Battle as it was known in Japan.

im not surprised. i wonder how well GT Sport sold.

I bought GT Sport and i have to say forza demo's graphics looks a lot better than GT sport. But man GT Sport HDR lighting is so much better.

i fell like mircosoft is kind of greedy on Forza. they come out every year and cost $100 to get the ulimate bundle. you can wait for a sale for the $100 to drop to $60 but that sale is usually in march. i usually buy it when it's on sale.

Their biggest problem was they botched the launch horribly bad and it drove away a lot of the first week non-preorder people from buying the game. There were way too many glitches and the VIP rewards system debacle completely killed any chance they had at good publicity the first week of the roll-out.

Not really true, Gran Turismo has got big sales on the games that change engine and actually innovate, people just don't like stagnant homologation.

What? The point is, there's now what they've called homologated divisions shoehorned into FM7 as some brilliant new feature. Everyone hates them and they killed the game.

I played Forza 2 and loved it, and played Forza 3 and loved it even more, but I haven't even managed to get to 4 yet and now there's already a 7?
