To be quite honest, a large part of why I ended it was because I didn't put the same effort in and didn't feel worthy. How can girls claim to be madly in love one min, talking about marriage, kids, being together in love forever and all that mushy stuff. To just not feeling any emotional or romantic connecting with you anymore after such a relatively short time span? For me and a lot of guys I know, will still always feel that connection to that one girl they truly loved despite everything that had happened. I can't help feeling the way I do. To me, she never was madly in love or felt true love for me in the first place if those feelings just went away seemingly overnight cold turkey.
