It has gotten better since then, but never season 5 or earlier levels. The shows plots and story at this point are generally nonsensical, but dialogue and character interaction are still solid. You weren't sure what would happen next or how the world would continue to open up. It was fresh adventure. Some of the monsters were even a bit spooky. Now it's devolved and tired, everything's explored... any and every monster is a joke, now it's purely propelled through cliche conflict and drama between characters. It does feel weird though now whenever they do something like fight a normal ass ghost and they get torn up from it, just because they've faced so much worse shit that a ghost shouldn't be that bad. --- i dont like signatures <cite>Hexenherz posted [p:891025428] in Supernatur...
