I bought TES Online when it first came out and although I really enjoyed playing as the Dragontank class, the writing was uninteresting and I think it became clear that it simply wasn't the same genre when you got down to it.

I want ES6 settlement building, though, just more refined (i.e. bug-tested, all assets available from start or at least not DLC packs, etc.) than FO4. Just imagine making a huge dwarven monstrosity or a Telvanni mushroom mansion and populating it with servants of your (least) favorite group.

I know what you're saying, and I understand.
I also played TES O on launch and I thought it was utter shit.
But after all these expansion packs it's actually a really decent experience. Yes it doesn't play the exact same as the singleplayer games but the story's about the same as what's in Skyrim (actually it's more compelling imo, especially since you can see the world change around you as you progress >_>). And it's pretty fun stealin' shit from people for easy $$$.

I don't know on this one. I didn't like settlements because it ultimately meant that whatever was there was a bunch of unnamed NPCs that were incapable of actually interacting with the environments due to scripting. I'd honestly rather them just put something pre-built in such areas.

Although, I guess it depends on how they handle it. Considering the medieval-esque time period, I wouldn't mind if 'settlements' became estates that you lorded over. That would actually be cool as fuck, and like they could have most of the props be for housing and stuff or garden plots and hovels

And like you could find small plots that you can build on for free that would only be your house more or less, but you could also buy plots from different holds in order to build bigger places. And, like, manage a plantation for profit. Or have a MERCHANT'S GUILD

They all cost money. Depending on how many crowns you have you might be able to buy one or two of them (but not Morrowind which is the most recent). I actually just bought the Gold edition on sale (has all the expansion content... except Morrowind), it was a rather cheap option.
