Have heard the story is done by the same team that did chrono trigger and have heard that the plot at the end of the game was a bit rushed.

I was going to say "prepare for the hype train to greatly disappoint" but then I realized you said XenoGEARS not XenoBLADE.

I tried it, being a huge fan of JRPGs, but the battle system was way too confusing and looked bad.
