I have addictive tendencies and binging problems.

I don't drink as much as before cuz I can't due to medication, and I get drunk quicker.
Don't think I'm an alcoholic, just that I easy get addicted to things and binge.

It's what happened to me in summer for example with going in nature naked, and sex. Binged and addicted.

It's what I've had with food for a long time.

I've now been binging and been addicted to TV shows for weeks.

I can binge and get addicted to games.
I can't play an MMO without going no-life on it.

I'm not an alcoholic. But I'm an addict to everything that feels good.

Not really, I did intend to drink like half a bottle of Jack, or 2-3 bottles of wine before. It's still too much. I wanted to drink, and when I did I drank til I just had too much.

I can't now anymore. I'm on my 4th glass of wine and I feel I've had too much.

I dunno. I didn't get a blood glucose meter thing because my HbA1C was so low (but still over the limit) that I don't need one.

Is that really denial? It sounds like more like just general addictive personality disorder or something like that. Alcohol just happens to be a thing that brings people joy, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that someone who gets addicted to things easily can get addicted to alcohol. Doesn't exactly make them an alcoholic.

Yeah I've drank lot of alcohol, especially this year, but it was part of my downfall in my mental health. And I haven't been drinking as much this fall and winter cuz I can't. My medication makes it harder anyway, and I don't even feel like it.
