Yup, just like the mass shootings and rise in racial supremacy groups, it's just another cog to ignore while trying to build/live a life in this world where the cost of living grows with each year but the wages stay the same and how dare you point that out you failure. The problems will build until they eventually explode and once they do, people will point fingers while the problem continues to grow. So TC, since you pointed this out, what can we do about it? Other than stroke egos for realizing this problem?

Backed with a data set of zero, you want us to speculate on a potential outcome wherein the severity of public backlash against sexual harassment has been diluted by frivolous claims.

You can look at the public's exhaustion with the topic of sexual harassment right now and speculate an even worse outcome, one in which sympathy and support for sexual harassment victims are diluted by the sheer volume of actual cases, and confronted with a cultural pathology and ethical paralysis, we collectively decide to do nothing. I'd say that's way more likely, because there are actual examples of people saying this to support it.
