I got into it with my gf tonight and at one point I ended up screaming really hard and ever since I've had a feeling and sort of taste in my throat and it hurts to talk or do any deep noises or anything. Anyone else ever experience this?

not screaming but from ordinary non stop talking for 2-3 hours on a car trip without liquids, yeah. After a lot of hydration it went away a day or 2 later. Just be very quiet for a couple days and dont drink or smoke.
