I finally started the John Adams miniseries. I was kinda overhyped from the various clips I'd watched on YT. The actual series has so far just been pretty good. Granted, I know that some of the better stuff comes later.

The first 4 or 5 episodes of stranger thighs are great. The later parts of season 1 and all of season 1 are not so great.
