If you're trying to have an honest conversation you need to address her beliefs about what constitutes womanhood beyond "yeah i am lol". And the "misgendering" isn't particularly clever since it's a commentary on your beliefs, not a competent satire of hers.
But it's twitter and your responses seem like the typical intellectual condescension that doesnt achieve any change. I mean, I get it. Arguing with ignorant people like this while maintaining your dignity is great self-validation and helps build confidence. And you're in a position of relative power, since they seem far more triggered, which is always a nice ego boost. But you should just admit that you are doing this to make yourself feel good.
