Except pollution Incorrect. Diesel is much cleaner than regular gasoline. The "pollution" aspect comes from the fact that most vehicles that use it are semis / 18-wheelers and they burn more fuel to operate. A regular car using diesel outputs significantly less pollution. the other stuff you mentioned basically just requires you to pay attention to your vehicle. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

awesome999 posted...Except pollution https://theconversation.com/fact-check-are-diesel-cars-really-more-polluting-than-petrol-cars-76241 For most cars built over the past 20 years that may still be in use, petrol is likely to be less polluting overall than diesel. Petrol cars also require less maintenance to keep them performing at that level. But new, well maintained diesel cars, built to the latest standards have similar emissions to new petrol vehicles. So at best, diesel cars have similar emissions to petrol cars Disclaimer, I'm a bit of a petrolhead so I'm biased If you're in the market for a vehicle TC, ask yourself, does it HAVE to be a car? Cause there's companies making electric motorcycles that have no clutch or gear lever, basically a scooter or Vespa that looks like a motorcycle and has the rear brake at the right foot instead of the left hand Off the top of my head: Pros: lanesplitting, easier than learning true motorcycles while still being hella fun, carpool lane Cons: unsafe, bad weather problems --- When it's kids, it's "bullying" but if it were adults, it's stalking, harassment, assault, criminal threats and just general abuse. -Tmk ...
