Use a big fishing pole to hook Jupiter by it's rings and reel it closer.

What if the line breaks, though? I think it would be a better idea to just use a big magnet.

Nothing could live on Jupiter. It's mostly gas and the core is semi solid and not habitable

There's no gravity in space so it's practically weightless, it would reel in as smoothly as a knife through butter.
I think the stuff they use on Deadliest Catch could do it no problem.

just reel it in close like one of the above posters said, then build a space elevator that sucks up hydrogen and then spin jupiter around so it does all of the work for us
