Seems like a 5d chess move to get black people killed more. Now cops can really say they thought it was a gun. This is scary.

more than a normal gun? i seriously doubt that. if youre going to shoot someone youre going to take the 2 seconds it takes to pull one out and do it, not fumble around with this device that can easily slip out of your hand. it also means its not obvious which would also mean it can make people less nervous. once someone sees you have a gun it paints a bullseye on your back from good and bad guys. if you get pulled over by a cop and the need of having you frisked they will go through your pockets and confiscate what you have until the situation is done with anyway.

The problem with these gimmicks is that they could be used as an excuse for shooting unarmed people "His phone could have been a gun"

that already happens and has happened for years. im sure people have been shot for holding dildos in their hands that "looked like a gun" before.

do you really think a gimmick gun like this thats going to be really rare (and most likely expensive) and honestly holds no real point or advantage is going to be a real issue? these types of things already exist and are out there in public hands and yet you never see anything about it because they are a gimmick no one uses.

In todays day and age, carrying a concealed pistol has become a necessity.

...It has?

This seems like a stupid idea. If you're legally allowed to conceal and carry then there are all sorts of guns that will discretely fit in your pocket do the job far better than this thing. If you're not allowed to and you're caught with this then you're going to get into trouble.

What would be the point? If you want to clip it on the outside of your belt/pocket and discreetly open carry? Would it still even count as open carry since it's being concealed in the sense that it's made to look like something other than a gun?

Seems interesting, but my PPK is easily concealable, even in a jean pocket. And it doesn't require a skinny non-ergonomic design.

I'm gonna guess this thing isn't accurate past about 10 feet. Which says to me it's better for robbing people at point blank than protecting yourself.

You can sneak up on someone without them knowing you're armed a lot easier now.

What im saying the phone excuse becomes more plausible, these pictures are going to be all over the internet the next time someone gets shot answering their phone.

Cops already fire on people holding phones and other things they THINK are guns from a distance...this shit won't ease those worries and will likely make those concerns worse.

A mugger wouldn't buy a really expensive gimmick gun when a $150 Cobra Arms pistol is just as small and probably more accurate

Do you not wear a seat belt since car accidents aren't a common occurance

Two shots

seems to be made of plastic

deploying it consist of releasing a safety and then deploying a trigger, increasing the chances to being shot as you fumble around

too many moving parts increases chance of failure to fire

not sure why anyone would not just get a Glock to CC, unless they need to hide a gun and sneak pass a pat down, have time to deploy the gun, only need one or two shots, seems great as a weapon to assassinate someone or take over a bus or something, for self defense, not so much

Only a liberal wouldn't appreciate it's design. Granted, it would definitely be a situational tool, but a useful one nonetheless

I mean, it'd probably be great for mugging people.

"Sure?"

It looks like a phone to observers. That seems to be the only benefit, and that's really situational (i.e. pointless)

This thing is so unsafe, way to many things to do for it to be ready to use when drawn, the user is more likely to hurt themselves then an attacker.

Like others have said this only gives cops an excuse to shot people claiming they thought they saw a gun.

I really hope no one decides to use this bad gimmick, get a legitimate conceal carry gun that has already proven reliable, dont trust your life or loved ones lives to this stupid shit.
