I didn't vote early. I voted Cid. Doubleclicked and got the error message. Thought I hadn't typed enough characters and that was the problem. Typed Cid H. and fixed what I assumed was the problem.

Thankfully, Cid was bottom 2 with Dr. Mog (who got saved immediately after), so my save shouldn't have altered anything.

But how is today not a lawyering since that exact situation arose?

Wedge even said he thought Cid was safe. It's possible someone else did too.

The way the round ended was fine. No one did anything wrong. I just wanted to point out an issue that could potentially come up in the future. Maybe there's a rule that exists for this and I didn't notice it cause honestly, I don't even read the rules. I just know the basic and most important ones.

Aside from my top 3 FF7 characters I dunno how I would rank the rest aside from Cait Sith last. 4th is probably Red XIII and maybe Cloud 5th? I dunno. Red I'm sort of sure on, but the rest I don't really know.

We had Tyro in before, but he got soft booted last year and no one really cares to bring him back.

I would hate to see how much money MWC would spend on DBZ Dokkan Battle. I could totally see him trying to get Legendary Rare Super Saiyan 2 Gohan from the Cell Saga which averages around like 2,000 stones or $2,000-$3,000 per 1 pull I think. It has like a 0.045% pull rate or something

The game has a potential system kinda like FFX's sphere grid, but you need 4 duplicates of a card to completely unlock all the paths. There's a Japanese guy who has done this for like 5 of the LRs in the game and he's spent well over $60,000 on it so far.

Crisis Core might give you a stronger opinion of Zack, but other than that, it's unlikely to change your rankings much.

I'm one of the rare people who like Advent Children, but it didn't do anything to change my opinions of the characters.

I'm going to be in California for the next week so I won't be making many saves since I'll be reliant on wifi and discord notifications and I know I won't have access during a few of the days. If I do make a round I won't be offering any NRs since I can't guarantee attendance for any round and no auto trades unless I can guarantee a save during a timeframe.

no you would need 5, but not to use it. just to have it as strong as it can possibly be. it's still plenty good without getting 5 copies (probably the best character in the game period)

Having 5 would let you get access to stuff like Critical hits and Additional attacks, but it's basically not necessary. The other pullable LRs include Legendary Super Saiyan Broly (best guy to demolish awful World Tournament grind), Majin Vegeta, Rose Goku/Zamasu duo, Future Trunks (part where he slices Frieza), Kid Trunks/Goten duo and Boujack crew. There are some F2P ones (SS Goku, 17/18 duo, Piccolo, Hercule with Buu and a Goku and friends you get for logging in for 1,000 total days...how generous right? There's a Kid Gohan one you get from beating a mode so hard even whales are struggling with it and resorting to mods too.

Tifa > Vincent > Zack > Aeris > Cloud > Sephiroth > Cait Sith > Red XIII >>>>>> Barret >= Cid >>>>> Yuffie

Cid's initial run before his boot was pretty rough. He came very close to getting booted multiple times and only had one upper half finish. He's done noticeably better since then. Two of his three top 25 appearances, including a top 5 a few years ago, have occurred since then, and he's finished in the upper half four out of eight appearances. This year is a solid improvement over the last two years where he was in soft boot territory, but he only seems to last as long as scarlet stays invested nowadays. With this finish, Cid increases from 39.45% to 40.92%, passing Dad, Fang, Marche, Garland, Doomtrain, Fran, and Barret for 69th place, although a few of those are likely to pass him back up when they go out later.

Cid's New Era STATS are a good bit better due to his recent success. There, he goes up from 48.38% to 50.60%, passing Zell, Zack, Lulu, and Quistis for 44th place. Unsurprisingly, his Old Era numbers are pretty rough. He was at 34.98% there, at 64th place between Jecht and Rubicante.
