The ultimate goal of a transgendered person is to merely co-exist with the rest of society and try to be recognized as their preferred gender. Having someone walk in/out of that "third bathroom that only weirdos use" is counter to that.

Abolish the current public restroom system.

New restrooms should be single sized with a toilet/urinal and sink. Like a better portable restroom. Make a couple with changing tables and handicap accessible. Problem solved.
