I wanna try to help anime and game fans have problems finding a girlfriend that's into gaming and anime, and this is the advice I've given to people who ask for it. Am I giving good advice with this?

Oh, and if your idea of getting a girl consists of treating a girl like shit, don't bother replying, as I have nothing to say to you.

Here's my advice.

Look for girls who seem lonely like you. Trust me, they're there. You just haven't found them, just like no one has noticed your lonely self yet.

Oh, and I hope this isn't the case for you, but a lot of people into geeky things, including anime and game fans seem to have this problem. Take care of your hygiene. No excuses. If you're not taking care of your hygiene, there's your problem right here.

Find some decent cologne that you like. I for example like Calvin Klein Obsession for Men. Trust me, it's worth the cash.

Can also help if you go for a cooler hairstyle. Someone else is gonna have to help you out here though. you can only do some much about your face, but your hair is another matter.

You can also try wearing an anime or game shirt of a badass looking male adult character, or maybe a wolf or something. But for the love of god, don't wear a shirt with a girl that looks like she's a teenager or younger, or you're gonna really distance yourself from people.

Also, consider similar hobbies, like regular moves and tv shows. There's probably something on netflix you'd enjoy. Ask people if they like House of Cards or Orange is the New Black or something. Even if you haven't seen them yourselves, tell them that you're thinking of getting into it, and you hear they're really cool. Slip in talk of the Castlevania anime, as it seems to be almost universally loved by everybody that's seen it.

When trying to get someone into anime, start with dubbed stuff, as people are a lot more willing to start without subtitles, then tell them about some cool, short anime that'd subbed only.

Also, a lot of people in general from what I've seen go for the most attractive people out there. Don't do that. Go for the moderately attractive ones, and date the ones that treat you right, and when you finally find the right one, treat her emotionally like a princess. Oh, and for the love of god, when a girl says no, listen to her. Understand that it's their choice not to date you, and just keep looking.

Also, don't go to a bar and hit on a girl. They're not the best place to meet people. Go there with a date maybe, but not by yourself. Instead I recommend somewhere like a park, or the mall. Park is where I met my current girl.

Anybody can get a girl if they work at it, trust me.

Taking pride in ones appearance obviously matters. A lot of dateless wonders simply seem oblivious when it comes to how to not be a dull nerd. They look like their mom still picks their clothes, or something.

As lame as it sounds, chill and be yourself is always a wise course of action. If you get rejected anyway, its not because you suck, necessarily, it just wasnt a match that time.

Ironically, my best advice I can give is this:

Talk to your female friends. They want you to get a girl just as much as you do, and they can give much better advice on what a girl is attracted to. If you don't have any female friends, fix that! I mostly have female friends, and it's why I know as much as I do.
