For every year you spend there you get a million dollars. but you can't leave the state. you have to stay within Alaskan borders for the full year. would you live there and for how many years?

Only downside is that Id have to deal with Alaskans. Everything else is pretty much what I live through anyway.

Yeah. I prefer the cold anyway and I have family + friends there.

Hell yeah I would live there. I love the cold. I would miss vacations around CA and the southwest but for 1 million a year I could more than live with that trade off. For how long? As long as my health would allow it. I mean if 30 years from now I become one of those mid 60s wastes already that can't even take a cool draft without coming down with pneumonia I would probably be headed somewhere warm to live.
