Looking for some sweet beers. I know Ipas and Ales are kinda sour. Was wondering what was better? I know stouts have milk in them but not sure about malts

Malt liquor isn't actually "beer".
Reinheitsgebot specifies barley malt, yeast, hops, and water. Malt doesn't bother with hops most of the time, so it's going to be very sweet from the residual sugars and the ethanol itself.

German law doesn't really matter to the rest of the world. Even still, malt beers can and still often do have hops, like Malzbier.

Malt isn't a beer, it's an ingredient.

Malzbier

I have no idea what that is, but I want some now.

Back to topic, go get some ludicrously high-alcohol beers, around 9% and above - they're always going to be sweet.
I recommend Samichaus. It's 14%.

If you're looking for alcohol content, Malzbier is kind of low. Like 5%.

I'm sure to some Germans/Austrians that's practically non-alcoholic. lol

I feel like we couldn't get away with that here in the States. Literally babbys first.

But we do have root beer, I guess.

It's technically legal for a five-year-old to buy O'Doul's. Why any five-year-old would want to is a complete mystery, however.

There is some stuff called "Samuel Smith" that's pretty good. Organic beer. Chocolate and Strawberry flavors are the best.

"Malt" isn't a beer and I wouldn't even describe stouts as sweet to begin with.
