But they can't as Hydra is a part of the MCU and Gifted is set in the X-Men movieverse. Besides Hydra is currently a dead horse thanks to Marvel using it in multiple movies and 4 seasons on AoS. Don't think they will want to beat that horse even if Marvel allows it.
