008Zulu posted... It is very easy to break quests in the game, no way to fix them other than reloading a previous save.
I did actually have to reload shortly before that because I drove a car to the pick-up spot and then couldn't talk to the NPC.
Ivynn posted... I never bothered to buy any of the apartments. I didn't see the point, I already had a perfectly good one in the default one you have.
They were there and I had two hundred thousand dollars, seems silly not to buy them.
I don't see much practical point to them beyond having extra places to get the sleeping and showering buffs, but they did have some neat little interactable things. Like the Japantown apartment I was talking about has a guitar you can play.
