Board 8 > Minor bird-related adventure

Somehow, a small bird got into my parents' house. It's an extremely stupid bird, too, because it kept crashing into windows to try to escape. I noticed it smash into a window near me and fall into a space between the sofa and the window. I opened the door for it and it still kept trying to fly into closed windows, including, inexplicably, a window that had the blinds drawn. It took a while me to corral it toward the door, where it finally happily flew into a nearby tree and disappeared. I knew B8 would want pictures, so I went ahead and took a few.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the bird actually crashing into the windows, but rest assured that it did multiple times per window.

This has happened to me with a cat once.

The result was a lot of blood on my arms

Not a surprise. Cats are smarter than tiny birds but way more jerky.

That was the most confusing part. The bird clearly had the capacity to just fly out of that space.
