I get why people have it, because infancy was a great time without any responsibility and being cared for, but damn is it unappealing to incorporate it into sex. It reminds me of incontinent elderly and infants, two of the least sexy things on the planet. I suppose there are a handful of fetishes I could name that are worse, but this is 2nd to bottom rung for sure.

There are a LOT of extreme fetishes I don't even shrug at despite having no interest in myself (like vore, macro/micro, asphyxiation to give a few examples), but this one really creeps me out, and is one of very few to do that without involving actively harming other people. I've known a few people with this fetish and it's 100% going to be accompanied by watersports and/or soiling oneself, to boot.
