It's a fun idea, but if I were on the road with you and I heard your horn, I'd probably either ignore it or start looking for a train to see if I should be stopping, depending on how close I am to a crossing. It's probably not the most practical.

have seen a youtube video of that, didn't really find it funny or necessary (especially for the 2 guys carrying a tv it happened to). never understood why people do things like that to a car

pretty sure those are illegal under regular circumstances in the states. it has to be hooked up to your security system or something for it to be legal

it'd probably be fun to use on the assholes that drive terribly on the highway but i'd be scared of getting pulled over by a sneaky cop

Im pretty sure youve seen some bad drivers correct themselves in said videos after hearing it

well when you hear a train horn, you expect a train, not a car. so there are some obvious safety issues there. also, they're loud as fuck and if you're using them in a neighborhood or area where people like it to be quiet it'd be a damn nuisance.
