One time I was at a mall and a woman decided to seek attention
She was all..fake, fake boobs, fake face, etc. She had high heels and a miniskirt, and a crazy cleavage

The most common place for this power disparity to occur is in the workplace and the media world, be that movies, music or tv, is one of the largest power disparity workplaces between actors, actresses who haven't made it and execs, directors, etc. who have.

Ulti, I like you a lot, but this is ridiculous. Have you personally met anyone who was raped? I have. Said person took a year to report it. Then it was nothing but a barrage of a million questions concerning the incident, how she knew the rapist, etc reliving the experience every single day for months. It was horrible. At the end of it all, she wishes she didn't report it because of how traumatizing constantly reliving the worst experience of her life in excruciating details followed by constant accusations she was lying was. I absolutely understand why women don't report or take a long time to report. I don't think it is asking too much to understand why this might be the case.
