Which one(s) are ok?

I think it's pretty acceptable to have IRL physical objects like art books or statues or Fallout's Pip-Boy type stuff as preorder bonuses. Although those are typically restricted less to the preorders and more for the Collectors Editions even if they aren't necessarily preordered.

But it seems like I'm in the minority in feeling it's alright for purely cosmetic items like skins or paint jobs. I don't care if your gun is purple and mine is average gunmetal grey when they both fire the same bullets with the same damage at the same rate, tbh.

Any actual game content, though, is pure bullshit. Timed exclusives I can live with, though I'm not happy about them. But if I literally cannot play a specific mission simply because I bought it on release day instead of a month before release day, then that's complete garbage and I probably won't even buy your game.
