i guess when i say 'normal people' i mean treat them in the same way i might treat a guy. to an extent, you probably shouldn't treat the two sexes the same way socially all the time. but i hope y'all know what i mean.

i usually just ignore women more often than not. thank god i will be seeing a therapist in january.

Doesn't sound very internalized if you're actively treating them differently, though...

Still, I was serious when I said that having a female therapist might not be a bad idea. If your sexism is based on some inflated sense of superiority, having a therapist who objectively shows that to be a false premise could help break down some of those inaccurate preconceptions.
