Obv this topic is directed at guys and those without signif. others. So when you're out and about how often do you make a move? Do you ever? Maybe usually you just look and do nothing.

Never, since it always ended in disaster for me

Never, I stopped trying in high school. Every time I was mentally preparing to ask, I was pre-emptively rejected. Occasionally I was rejected when I wasn't even interested at all...

There is a girl at work that I like, but she's quite a bit younger than I am, and out of my league anyway. Plus every other make employee has been hitting in her constantly, I'd rather just let her have some peace.

Almost never, these days. I used to do it to get over my fear of talking to women, but now I realize I was probably just scaring them or looking like an idiot to them and anyone else who was around.

why not? do you just assume all of them will say no? If you don't at least try sometimes then the answer will always be no.

When I was single, I would talk to a lot of girls. It makes it super easy to determine if I'd want to continue talking later.
You get over rejection quick if you focus on the moments of uncertainty. That rush of possibility when you first talk to someone pretty.

Mostly the later. Sometimes I'll attempt to strike up conversation, even more so if I've had a bit to drink but the conversation doesn't last long as I get board/they seem bored of me.

That's probably one of my biggest issues. I don't actually let them know I'm interested in them. Although with that said I find it much more easy to talk to girls I'm not interested in and/or I know are not available. I guess it's because I care less about what they think of me.
